Welcome to House of Nature Upper Danube
The House of Nature, located in the former railway station building in Beuron, offers an interactive exhibition and a wide range of events, including lectures, seminars, and guided hikes.
The former railway station building in Beuron houses the offices of the Upper Danube Nature Conservation Center Foundation (https://nazoberedonau.de/) and the Upper Danube Nature Park Association (https://naturpark-obere-donau.de/). Both organizations are committed to preserving the beauty and uniqueness of the nature park for future generations.
The permanent exhibition on the ground floor of the House of Nature offers an initial insight into the nature and history of the Upper Danube Nature Park. The theme is "Living Diversity"! In the center of the entrance area, you will find information material on the excursion destinations presented in the exhibition and many other sports, leisure, and cultural activities in the region. There is also a small shop where you can buy snacks and souvenirs for those at home, for example from BODEG (Bäuerliche Vermarktung Oberes Donautal eG). The House of Nature also offers regular seminars, lectures, and guided hikes as part of its annual program.
