Welcome to Municipal Gallery Tuttlingen

The Tuttlingen City Gallery sees itself as a showcase for artists from the region as well as for general trends in contemporary art. The Tuttlingen City Gallery sees itself as a platform for artists from the region as well as a showcase for general trends in contemporary art. The exhibition tradition began in 1973 with the first initiatives of the Tuttlingen Art Circle. Since 1987, the gallery has been housed in a building designed specifically for it by Günther Hermann. The art circle and the city of Tuttlingen organize nine exhibitions per year—eight solo exhibitions of contemporary artists and the annual Christmas exhibition, which presents a cross-section of artistic creation in Tuttlingen and the surrounding area.
