Our facility is located on a small hill below the "Hausener Wand," an imposing rock formation on the right bank of the Danube. Enjoy the magnificent panorama of the Danube Valley from our garden terrace or relax in the large beer garden. In our cozy dining room, we display works by Beuron photographer Andreas Beck. In our kitchen, we use fresh, partly organic ingredients without artificial flavors or flavor enhancers. Not only does it taste better, it's also better for you. Our specialty is homemade Maultaschen (Swabian ravioli). When shopping, we prefer products from the Upper Danube Nature Park. This is our contribution to strengthening the region in which we live and from which we live. **From Easter to May 1**, we are open on weekends and public holidays from 12 noon. **From May 1 to mid-September**, we open daily at 12 noon. On most days (weather permitting), we are open from 10 a.m. We usually close at 9 p.m., or earlier in wet and cold weather. On beautiful summer nights, however, we stay open longer, depending on the mood of our guests. **Closing days:** Outside of the Baden-Württemberg school holidays (Pentecost and summer), we are closed on **Tuesdays** and **Wednesdays**. **From mid-September to the end of October**, we are open on weekends and public holidays from 12 noon to 7 p.m. when the weather is nice.
