Welcome to the museum in Möhringen town hall

Möhringen's local history and the Möhringen Fasnet are vividly presented in the town hall in Möhringen.

The museum in Möhringen Town Hall was opened in March 1997. Starting from the entrance area, the exhibition leads you up the stairs through the many facets and developmental strands of the old Baden town, which is now a district of Tuttlingen. The museum covers the history of Möhringen from the Alemannic settlement onwards. Topics covered include the elevation of the town and market rights, emigration in the 18th and 19th centuries and Möhringen in the 20th century.

The Möhringen carnival is also presented in detail. An extensive collection of old stringed instruments can be seen on the second floor.
